Dr. Karen Carew has spent more than 20 years in different areas of patient care. She and her husband, Dr. Joe Carew, both received their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at the same school, where he was valedictorian. They moved to South Carolina to start a chiropractic practice. They have owned and managed 11 clinics in this state and received a variety of awards, both on the state level and nationally.
Dr. Scott Quinn has over 15 years of experience in chiropractic care. He incorporates medical and rehabilitation techniques into his chiropractic treatments. He is an expert in treating joint and spine problems, as well as helping patients with nutritional and lifestyle advice.
Dr. Christopher Benoit has 22 years of experience and uses many different adjusting techniques. He works with extremities, soft tissues, and more. Dr. Benoit earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Human Anatomy.

Dr. Karen CarewDr. Karen Carew has 20+years of experience in diagnosing, treating and managing patient care. Beginning with a single private chiropractic clinic to ownership of multiple healthcare clinics, it is her personal philosophy and mission to provide excellence in patient care through cutting-edge technologies, state-of-the-art facilities and unparalleled patient relations.
Dr. Carew graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1996 where she received her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Chiropractic degree. It was there that she met her husband, Dr. Joe Carew and together they relocated to South Carolina to begin their Chiropractic careers and raise their family. It was their goal to bring excellent care to their community. Together they have owned and managed 11 clinics in South Carolina receiving numerous awards at the national level and state level.
Dr. Carew has also completed rigorous studies in order to complete national requirements as a Certified Medical Examiner.
Dr. Carew provides chiropractic care to people of all ages — using techniques such as Gonstead, Thompson, Activator and Diversified. Progressive rehab includes therapeutic exercise and various passive therapies to help the patient feel better as quickly as possible but also to stabilize and stay well longer. Nutritional supplementation is very important for the health and well-being of her patients. Spinal Decompression is a form of treatment for patients spinal disc conditions used with tremendous results.

Dr. Christopher BenoitDr. Benoit has 22 years of experience as a chiropractor and uses a variety of adjusting techniques to help his patients feel better. In addition to spinal care, Dr. Benoit works with extremities, soft tissue/muscle issues, and uses various physiotherapies, including Erchonia cold laser, to help speed up the healing process. His philosophy is to find the cause of the problem and work to fix it.
Dr. Benoit graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in 1982 and served in the United States Army for 24 years. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Human Anatomy from Parker College of Chiropractic while earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the same time and graduated in 1999. He has advanced training in treating and managing automobile injuries and extremity injuries.
