Mom of four and injured my back on Friday. By Sunday, I was completely unable to walk, stand or sit. Desperate for relief I called the office on Monday morning and was greeted so pleasently by Paul, and given an appointment immediatley! When we arrived I could barely get out of the car and was amazed when Paul came out to help open the door. The moment we walked in the doctor greeted us with a smile and just had a calmness about him which made me feel relaxed and at ease. He took the time to listen and address my pain. He did xrays and began treatment immediately. By the time I left I could walk alot more comfortably than I could when I shuffled in. I will continue to go back this week for more adjustments until I am back in line completely, but am 100% impressed with the bed side manner, compassionate care, and professionalism of the entire office. There are truly not enough positive things to say about the spine pain center of Irmo. Thank you for helping me on my road to recovery.

The staff here is fantastic, and really make you feel welcome and part of the family. The staff is friendly and professional, and easy to work with. Paul is also great to work with. Stephanie is like my little sister, and hilarious. These guys even sent me a sympathy card when my dog passed away. Amazing folks.

Not your “typical” Chiropractors office. The atmosphere is fun and the staff has high positive energy while still knowledgeable. Very accommodating and pleasant office. The place is always busy but you’re never stuck waiting! I would recommend this office to my closest friends and family members!
